Rich Thomas is the President at AIC where he is responsible for corporate strategy and field operations. He is a veteran of the professional services and staffing industry, and brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, sales management, sales, and operational management – including experience with start-up, turnaround, and integration management.
Prior to joining the AIC team, Rich was the Vice President and General Manager, North America, for Experis, a leader in professional services and staffing. Rich has also served in various leadership roles within Spherion Technology, a multi-billion dollar IT staffing and services company. Rich began his career in New Jersey with Matrix Information Consulting, Inc.
Rich holds a Master's of Business Administration in International Business from Johnson & Wales University. As a recognized leader in the professional services space, Rich brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, hands-on experience, and a focus on building the strongest teams aimed at helping our clients win.
Regional Vice President
Robert Hubbard is a Regional Vice President (West) at AIC. As a Regional Vice President, Robert is responsible for leading the support of clients in their staffing and solutions needs and growing divisional sales to align with corporate goals. Robert works closely with the Managing Directors of the Western U.S. field offices.
Prior to joining the AIC team, Robert was the Senior Vice President of Snelling Professional Services where he was responsible for all company-owned staffing offices (Commercial, Technical, and Healthcare). He was also accountable for driving profitability for U.S. branch and onsite locations, including new business development and operations.
Robert is a broad-gauged visionary with exceptional initiative and record of accomplishment in organizations ranging from start-up to multi-billion dollar, multi-national companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management from Oklahoma State University
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Brian Wagner is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for ACS. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales and operations for named Strategic Accounts in the U.S. by providing a wide range of workforce services to clients in the IT, engineering, and professional services industries.
Brian has a strong ability to imagine and deliver innovative workforce solutions that provide bottom line results for global clients. He is successful in driving account penetration, territory expansion, and new market development, along with operational and delivery excellence. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Science from Oregon State University.
